Parameter and event recorder for vehicle
Hardware
Microcomputer based data acquisition system (DAS) capable to record continuously up to 10 analog or digital signals and 2 pulse signals from external sensors in MMC type memory card.
Smart sensors may be connected via LIN and 1-wire bus or RS232 port. Built-in 3-axis accelerometer allows registration of motion activity and position.
Recorded data may be downloaded using USB or Bluetooth connection. System can be connected to GSM-GPRS modem for real time remote monitoring.
Hardware is designed for use in extreme conditions, has extended temperature range (from –30 to +80˚C), may be powered from 6 to 36 V DC and enclosed in housing types up to IP65.
GSM-GPRS-GPS Modem
Combined communication and tracking device for fleet management, primary designed for use with vehicle parameter and event recorder (above). Several optional or custom design modifications are available now, capable to collect and transmit data independently.
Hardware is designed for use in extreme conditions, has extended temperature range (from -20 to +80˚C), may be powered from 6 to 36 V DC and enclosed in housing types up to IP65. Device may be equipped with wide range of antennas.
Software
Supervizor software provides vehicle owner with possibility of recorded data detail analysis.
It is designed to store, analyze and visualize data acquired by „Supervisor” vehicle parameter and event recorder.
Data from hardware can be read using USB cable or Bluetooth wireless link. A Pocket PC with special software also can be used for reading data.
Data is stored in a database on PC. Software can analyze data and it automatically recognizes fuel loses and filling. There is available statistics on average speed, average RPM, engine working time, average fuel consumption etc.
Software can visualize fuel level, speed, motor revolutions, temperature and accelerometer sensor activity. It also supports generation of reports and printing.
